Aviation training demands high professional discipline. Enrolled cadets must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance across theoretical sessions, aircraft mockup practicals, emergency drills, and grooming workshops to qualify for official course completion certificates.
Students must strictly adhere to the designated institute uniform, grooming standards, hair styling protocols, and deportment guidelines during campus hours, mirroring commercial airline regulations.

This includes resume formatting, airline open-day notifications, airport campus interviews, and personalized interview coaching. Final employment offers are determined directly by the recruiting airline or ground handling agency based on cadet interview performance and security clearances.
Diplomas and certificates are awarded upon satisfactory completion of internal assessments, practical evaluations, and viva-voce examinations certified under WEPS Private Limited standards.
